ATHLYTE is a fitness and nutrition app with an AI coach. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
All plans, recommendations and analyses are for information and motivation only and are not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian. Consult a professional before starting any new training or diet, especially if you have a health condition. Photo and calorie estimates are approximate and can be wrong.
You are responsible for your account and its activity. Abusing the service, or trying to bypass plan limits, the free trial or the server's protections, is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
The app has a free plan and paid plans (Plus and Pro) with extra features. Each new account gets a limited, one-time number of free uses of some paid features. Prices and features are shown in the app before you pay; we may change them with prior notice.
In-app subscriptions are billed by Google Play and renew monthly until you cancel in Google Play's subscription settings. Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play's policies.
Paying on our website (card, mobile wallet or other methods via Paymob) activates the plan for 30 days without auto-renewal. If activation fails or you were charged in error, contact khaled181528@gmail.com and we will review it. Payments are non-refundable once the plan is active, except where the law requires otherwise.
You own the data and photos you upload and grant us permission to process them only to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for injury or damage resulting from following recommendations without professional advice.
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
