الباقة المجانية
الباقة المجانية متاحة للأبد ومن غير أي دفع، وكل حساب جديد بياخد تجارب مجانية للمميزات المدفوعة عشان تجربها قبل ما تدفع.
الدفع من الموقع (كارت أو محفظة إلكترونية)
كل دفعة بتفعّل باقة Plus أو Pro على حسابك لمدة 30 يوم، ومن غير تجديد تلقائي — يعني مش هيتخصم منك أي مبلغ تاني إلا لو دفعت بنفسك.
إمتى ترجعلك فلوسك كاملة
• لو اتخصم منك المبلغ والباقة ما اتفعلتش على حسابك.
• لو اتخصم منك المبلغ أكتر من مرة لنفس الاشتراك.
• لو حصل خصم بالغلط من غير ما تطلب.
ابعتلنا خلال 14 يوم من الدفع، وبنرجّع المبلغ لنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 7–14 يوم عمل حسب البنك أو المحفظة.
بعد تفعيل الباقة
بعد ما الباقة تتفعّل وتبدأ تستخدمها، المبلغ مش بيترد، إلا في الحالات اللي القانون بيفرضها. تقدر توقف في أي وقت ببساطة بإنك ما تجددش الدفع.
اشتراكات Google Play
الاشتراك من جوه تطبيق الأندرويد بيتم عن طريق Google Play وبيتجدد شهرياً لحد ما تلغيه من إعدادات الاشتراكات في Google Play، والاسترجاع بيمشي على سياسة Google Play.
تطلب استرجاع إزاي
ابعت إيميل على khaled181528@gmail.com فيه الإيميل أو رقم الموبايل المسجل بيه في التطبيق، وتاريخ الدفع والمبلغ، وصورة إيصال الدفع لو متاحة. بنرد خلال 2–3 أيام عمل.

Free plan
The Free plan is free forever with no payment, and every new account gets free tries of the paid features before paying.
Website payments (card or mobile wallet)
Each payment activates Plus or Pro on your account for 30 days with no automatic renewal — you are never charged again unless you pay yourself.
When you get a full refund
• You were charged but the plan was not activated on your account.
• You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
• You were charged in error without requesting it.
Contact us within 14 days of the payment and we refund the amount to the same payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or wallet.
After the plan is active
Once the plan is active and in use, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can stop at any time simply by not paying again.
Google Play subscriptions
Subscriptions bought inside the Android app are billed by Google Play and renew monthly until you cancel in Google Play's subscription settings. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
How to request a refund
Email khaled181528@gmail.com with the email or phone number you use in the app, the payment date and amount, and the receipt if you have it. We reply within 2–3 business days.
